Our sessions occur across a 45 minute window with differences in TUT (Time Under Tension) and your expected outcome of each such as Aerobic, Anaerobic, strength or flexibility.
We believe training needs to be varied, challenging & progressive ensuring they all compliment each other.

Across your 7 day trial you can choose between 10 sessions daily and over 50 sessions weekly giving you all the variety and challenge you need to keep you focused and interested in your training goals long term!
